Located in Westgate Tower, Singapore, Borderless Production spans 3,900 square feet and serves as a creative hub for a film and movie production house—designed to mirror the fluid creativity and dynamic workflows that define the industry.

This commercial interior blends functionality with a bold visual identity. The spatial layout includes a welcoming front-of-house reception with open discussion zones, workstations for over 20 team members, six enclosed private offices, two compact meeting rooms, and a dedicated small-scale production studio.

At the heart of the reception space lies a striking elliptical reception counter, a multifunctional centerpiece that seamlessly integrates a reception desk, bar-height table, and built-in cushion seating—inviting casual interactions while maximizing spatial efficiency.

The material palette is deliberately cool and understated: light grey limewash walls, cement screed textures, dark teak wood finishes, and bronze detailing coalesce to express a light industrial aesthetic. This monochromatic base subtly nods to the raw energy of behind-the-scenes film work while maintaining a polished and professional edge

Another defining feature of the design is a custom furniture installation that blends discussion booths, planter boxes, and tiered seating. This sculptural element encourages spontaneous collaboration and supports both private conversations and larger team huddles.

A Private Conference Room
The reception features a hidden concealed door that seamlessly leads to the conference room. Inside, the room is enveloped in warm timber paneling, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. A large integrated TV is subtly incorporated into the dark wood panels, blending effortlessly into the design when not in use, ensuring the space remains clean and cohesive while maintaining functionality for meetings and presentations.
