Chariots Capital Singapore

A Victorian-inspired sanctuary blending heritage charm with progressive design.

The new headquarters of Chariots Capital Pte Ltd embodies more than function—it is a statement of vision and refinement. Set across approximately 3,000 square feet, the office was designed to house a growing team of nine, while reflecting the company’s ethos of building sustainable value and embracing a long-term outlook. Victorian influences meet contemporary sensibilities, creating an environment that balances tradition with innovation.

The experience begins at the main frontage, where a pair of equal-leaf glass doors, framed with elongated handles and flanking displays, invite guests into a world of elegance. Conceived with the spirit of a boutique hotel, the entrance is more than a threshold—it is a gesture of welcome and stature, setting the stage for the journey within.

The foyer acts as a refined passage between the outside and the lounge beyond. Patterned flooring draws the eye forward, while an LED ceiling screen illuminates the space with quiet drama. Sculptural displays punctuate the corridor, enriching it with moments of pause. Here, the workplace takes on the character of a hotel lobby—grand yet intimate, with framed views that reveal the collaborative lounge ahead.

At the heart of the headquarters lies the open lounge, a space designed to spark dialogue and foster collaboration. Anchored by a large LED screen, the lounge is both a stage for ideas and a digital canvas for expression. It is a place where staff and guests gather, where exchanges flow freely, and where the spirit of Chariots Capital—dynamic, adaptive, and forward-thinking—comes to life.

The CEO’s office was imagined not only as a private workspace but also as a lounge for conversation. Its circular concept expresses unity and openness: a round ceiling feature mirrored by round seating on a round carpeted floor. At its edge, a tea corner adds warmth and hospitality, softening the formality of the setting. The result is a space where leadership is both elevated and approachable, encouraging dialogue in an atmosphere of ease.

Throughout the office, Victorian detailing is paired with modern design elements. This fusion of ornament and restraint, heritage and progress, creates a timeless quality. It speaks to Chariots Capital’s philosophy—anchored in legacy, yet always moving towards the future.

Behind the design lies a strong commitment to sustainability. Wall panels are crafted with ENF-certified boards, the highest grade of ultra-low formaldehyde materials. In Singapore’s humid and enclosed climate, where pollutants can linger, this choice directly enhances indoor air quality. It is a decision that safeguards health, reduces harmful emissions, and reflects a long-term investment in both people and planet. More than a design detail, it is an act of future-proofing—a quiet assurance that the beauty of the office is matched by its responsibility.
