Conceived as a private retreat and refined setting for hosting, The Crimson Lounge unites home theatre and bar within two interlocking hexagonal forms – one dedicated to cinematic escape, the other to social indulgence. Together, they unfold as a layered environment where mood movement, and materiality are carefully orchestrated.

Upon entry, the speakeasy bar draws the eye from the far end of the room, framed by patterned tiles in White Carrara and Rosso Levanto marble. Stainless steel detailing and a velvet-backed bar front catch the light with subtle shine, while an antique gold ceiling completes the arrival with quiet drama. At the centre, a standalone console table introduces a moment of pause, offering a refined display that softens the transition between bar and theatre.

The transition into the home theatre is marked by a mirrored portal that glimmers as one approaches. This reflective threshold heightens anticipation, signalling a shift from social interaction to immersive viewing and setting the tone for the experience beyond.

Beyond a mirrored portal, the home theatre unfolds as an intimate retreat. A projection screen is balanced by built-in banquette seating, while acoustic panels, textured finishes, and metal accents shape a rich, enveloping atmosphere. A carpeted floor, tiered ceiling, and atmospheric lighting complete the cinematic experience, designed for comfort, focus, and lingering evenings.

Overhead, a textured mirrored ceiling subtly reflects light and movement, amplifying spatial depth wile preserving intimacy. The overall palette of deep maroon and white creates a bold yet balanced foundation, allowing metallic elements to shimmer softly within the darker lighting scheme. This restrained illumination enhances the lounge-like atmosphere, where steel accents sparkle and moments feel unhurried.
